ICE & WATER PROTECTOR - LB1236
This self-adhesive roofing membrane is made of fiberglass fleece reinforcement and SBS-modified bitumen, specifically designed for use as eave protection. It features a non-slip, sanded finish and provides a self-sealing effect around nails and screws, ensuring durability and stability. The membrane is capable of withstanding exterior temperature fluctuations and meets Florida building codes FL2569 and FL17084, making it a reliable choice for roofing needs in the region.

ROOF UNDERLAYMENT - HIGH TEMPERATURE LASTOBOND PRO HT-N
LASTOBOND PRO HT-N is a 40-mil self-adhesive waterproofing membrane made of elastomeric SBS bitumen with a trilaminate woven polyethylene surface. Its silicone film underside is easy to detach in two parts. It performs well under metal roofs and all types of cladding, offering benefits like self-sealing around fasteners, 90-day exposure, and an anti-slip surface.


WeatherLock® G Granulated Self-Sealing Ice & Water Barrier allows for proper flow of water off the roof and helps prevent damage caused by water migration. Engineered for asphalt shingles, wood shakes and quarry slate roofs.

DECKDEFENSE® HIGH PERFORMANCE SYNTHETIC UNDERLAYMENT
Owens Corning® DeckDefense® High Performance Roof Underlayment should be applied to a properly prepared dry deck that is smooth, clean and free from any depressions, projections or protruding nails. Acceptable roof deck materials for application are minimum 3/8 inch plywood or minimum 7/16 inch OSB. Roof decks should be structurally sound and meet or exceed minimum requirements of the roof deck manufacturer and local building codes.
