PlastiSpan 40 is a closed-cell expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation that meets or exceeds CAN ULC S701.1 standards. With water absorption under 2%, it maintains its R-value in extreme temperature conditions. It offers a minimum compressive resistance of 276 kPa (40 psi), making it ideal for heavy load applications like freezer floors and highway construction. Its high compressive strength resists creep and fatigue, ensuring long-term performance.
